Do I need to have an account to send a referral?

Yes, in order for us to be able to give you credit for sharing Lovevery with your friends, you will have to set up an account. It’s easy to create an account with your email and a password. No purchase necessary.

Do referral credits expire?

If you referred a friend: The £20 credit toward your Play Kits Subscription will expire 1 year after you receive that credit.
If you were referred: Your £20 referral discount will expire 1 year after you receive that credit.

Do I have to be a Play Kits subscriber to refer someone?

No, you can still refer friends and earn referral credits toward your first Play Kit order. You just have to create a Lovevery account, which does not require a purchase.

Will I be notified when I receive credit for my referral?

Yes, you will receive an email when your friend’s first Play Kit ships and the £20 credit will be added to your account.

Whom may I refer to Lovevery?

You can refer any first-time subscriber to The Play Kits who lives in your same region where The Play Kits are sold. You cannot refer someone who lives in your household, or yourself. If Lovevery suspects fraud or other activity in violation of Lovevery’s Terms and Conditions, Lovevery reserves the right to disable or revoke a user's referral account (including disabling of current rewards).

If you refer a friend or family member living outside of your own household, and that friend or family member purchases a Play Kits subscription, you will receive £20 off your next Play Kits purchase. Referred individuals, who must be first-time subscribers, will each receive £20 off their new Play Kits subscription purchase. Referral rewards are automatically applied to your next Play Kits purchase. Rewards expire 12 months from the date of issue, may only be used on future purchases, may be terminated or revoked by Lovevery for any reason, and are not transferable.
